La medida establece una serie de recomposiciones salariales y beneficios adicionales destinados a resguardar el poder adquisitivo de los trabajadores frente a la inflaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre los puntos m\u00e1s destacados del convenio se encuentra el pago de una suma no remunerativa de $18.000 correspondiente al mes de septiembre, junto con la liquidaci\u00f3n de retroactivos debidos por demoras en la homologaci\u00f3n previa. Asimismo, para el a\u00f1o 2027 se pact\u00f3 un bono extraordinario de $1.200.000, el cual ser\u00e1 abonado en cuatro cuotas iguales a partir de enero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El esquema acordado contempla incrementos porcentuales en planilla distribuidos mensualmente desde septiembre hasta febrero, adem\u00e1s de una cl\u00e1usula de revisi\u00f3n estipulada para diciembre con el fin de evaluar la evoluci\u00f3n del salario frente a la inflaci\u00f3n.
