Durante la reanudaci\u00f3n de la audiencia suspendida, la jueza a cargo dej\u00f3 sin efecto la orden de prisi\u00f3n preventiva que deb\u00eda regir en principio hasta la finalizaci\u00f3n del proceso. La medida se tom\u00f3 luego de que la defensa presentara un certificado de trabajo que acredita su desempe\u00f1o profesional en una mina en la provincia de San Juan, descartando as\u00ed el riesgo o intento de fuga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Con esta resoluci\u00f3n, Luna podr\u00e1 mantener su libertad de circulaci\u00f3n y ausentarse de la provincia por motivos laborales mediante permisos correspondientes, con la \u00fanica obligaci\u00f3n de asistir a las audiencias del debate oral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
