La medida fue anunciada por el secretario general del gremio, Rogelio De Leonardi, quien advirti\u00f3 que el plan de lucha promete profundizarse seg\u00fan la respuesta oficial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Puntos clave del reclamo sindical<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Rechazo al incentivo IPE e incorporaci\u00f3n al b\u00e1sico:<\/strong> El gremio rechaza fuertemente el incentivo conocido por la sigla <strong>IPE<\/strong>, solicitando que sea blanqueado e incorporado directamente al salario b\u00e1sico. De Leonardi compar\u00f3 este mecanismo con el \u00ab\u00edtem aula\u00bb implementado en su momento en Mendoza.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Impacto en los descuentos:<\/strong> Desde el sindicato denunciaron que este incentivo (de $160.000 por turno) penaliza severamente el ausentismo. Seg\u00fan explicaron, si un docente falta m\u00e1s de dos d\u00edas \u2014incluso por razones m\u00e9dicas, familiares o duelo\u2014 sufre el descuento total de dicho importe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Actualizaci\u00f3n del haber b\u00e1sico:<\/strong> El \u00faltimo incremento aplicado sobre el b\u00e1sico docente ronda los $70.000.
