Adem\u00e1s, el test de alcoholemia arroj\u00f3 un resultado de&nbsp;<strong>1,34 gramos de alcohol<\/strong>&nbsp;por litro de sangre, por lo que fue sancionado y se le impidi\u00f3 continuar manejando.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El hallazgo ocurri\u00f3 luego del test positivo, cuando los agentes advirtieron irregularidades en la Licencia Nacional de Conducir que present\u00f3 el hombre de 33 a\u00f1os.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El documento exhib\u00eda diferencias en su impresi\u00f3n y carec\u00eda de las medidas de seguridad visibles bajo luz ultravioleta. La consulta al Sistema Nacional de Licencias confirm\u00f3 que el conductor no contaba con una licencia habilitante vigente y, al ser consultado,&nbsp;<strong>reconoci\u00f3<\/strong>&nbsp;que el documento era falso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como consecuencia, se labr\u00f3 un acta de infracci\u00f3n por la que corresponde una multa superior a los 4,4 millones de pesos, se retuvo el veh\u00edculo y se dio intervenci\u00f3n a la Justicia por el presunto delito de&nbsp;<strong>falsificaci\u00f3n de documento p\u00fablico<\/strong>, un hecho previsto en el C\u00f3digo Penal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El operativo se realiz\u00f3 el domingo a la madrugada y se controlaron en total 2.300 veh\u00edculos, donde fueron sancionados 91 conductores, de los cuales 83 fueron por alcoholemia positiva.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>C\u00f3mo detecta la ANSV una licencia falsa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En cada fiscalizaci\u00f3n, los agentes verifican la autenticidad de la Licencia Nacional de Conducir mediante el Sistema Nacional de Licencias de Conducir (SINALIC), que permite comprobar en tiempo real si el conductor est\u00e1 habilitado y si los datos coinciden con el documento presentado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, la licencia f\u00edsica cuenta con distintas&nbsp;<strong>medidas de seguridad<\/strong>, entre ellas un tinte UV visible bajo luz ultravioleta, un n\u00famero de insumo \u00fanico y un c\u00f3digo de seguridad individual, elementos que permiten identificar r\u00e1pidamente si el documento est\u00e1 adulterado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cada control evita que conductores sin habilitaci\u00f3n, alcoholizados o con documentaci\u00f3n falsa sigan circulando por las rutas argentinas.
