El certamen, denominado <strong>Copa F\u00fatbol Riojano<\/strong>, est\u00e1 destinado a chicos de las categor\u00edas 2013 y 2014.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Detalles del Torneo y Formato de Juego<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Equipos participantes:<\/strong> Formar\u00e1n parte un total de <strong>16 clubes<\/strong> pertenecientes a la liga, proyectando la inclusi\u00f3n directa de m\u00e1s de 400 ni\u00f1os riojanos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Inauguraci\u00f3n:<\/strong> El torneo iniciar\u00e1 oficialmente el pr\u00f3ximo <strong>20 de agosto<\/strong>, coincidiendo con el aniversario de la Liga Riojana, con un evento especial e ingreso gratuito en la cancha oficial.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sistema de competencia:<\/strong> Se jugar\u00e1 en modalidad <strong>\u00abtodos contra todos\u00bb<\/strong>. Posteriormente, los primeros ocho clasificados disputar\u00e1n la <strong>Copa de Oro<\/strong>, mientras que del noveno al decimosexto puesto jugar\u00e1n la <strong>Copa de Plata<\/strong>, garantizando actividad continua durante todo el a\u00f1o.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Proyecci\u00f3n futura:<\/strong> Se anunci\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n que en el mes de septiembre se prev\u00e9 la class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Consultado sobre los costos y la situaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica actual, Mor\u00e1n explic\u00f3 que el certamen no cuenta con aportes del gobierno ni de la AFA, sino que se autosustentar\u00e1 mediante un <strong>pozo comunitario<\/strong> generado por el cobro de entradas generales a un valor de <strong>$3.000<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asimismo, clubes como Racing, Defensores, Andino y Tesorieri ceder\u00e1n sus instalaciones, permitiendo a las instituciones organizadoras administrar las cantinas o <em>buffets<\/em> para solventar sus propios gastos operativos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Objetivo: Proyecci\u00f3n nacional y desarrollo de los j\u00f3venes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El coordinador destac\u00f3 que la iniciativa busca generar un marco formal alineado a las exigencias del Consejo Federal de la AFA, permitiendo que a partir del pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o los juveniles riojanos compitan en torneos regionales y federales frente a equipos de C\u00f3rdoba, Catamarca, Santiago del Estero y Tucum\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote
