En el marco de una investigaci\u00f3n supervisada por el Ministerio de Seguridad Nacional orientado a la prevenci\u00f3n y lucha contra hechos violentos de \u00edndole terrorista, agentes del Departamento Federal de Investigaciones (DFI) de la Polic\u00eda Federal Argentina (PFA) detuvieron a un hombre argentino de 38 a\u00f1os acusado por efectuar amenazas v\u00eda redes sociales al Presidente de la Naci\u00f3n, Dr. Javier Gerardo Milei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El procedimiento se inici\u00f3 a ra\u00edz de una denuncia recibida a trav\u00e9s de la l\u00ednea 134 del Ministerio de Seguridad Nacional, referente a un individuo que v\u00eda Tik Tok y con su rostro tapado, difundi\u00f3 un video con amenazas al Presidente de la Naci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Por ello, personal del Departamento Unidad de Investigaci\u00f3n Antiterrorista (DUIA) de la Superintendencia de Investigaciones Federales de esta Instituci\u00f3n, inici\u00f3 diversas tareas de ciberpatrullaje en fuentes abiertas (OSINT) y an\u00e1lisis de redes sociales con el fin de establecer la identidad y paradero del sospechoso. Como resultado de las mismas, se logr\u00f3 identificar al presunto autor del video, determinando su vinculaci\u00f3n con un domicilio ubicado en el partido de Quilmes. Entre los elementos analizados se destacaron etiquetas geogr\u00e1ficas, perfiles asociados y caracter\u00edsticas f\u00edsicas visibles en las publicaciones, que permitieron individualizar al investigado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Con las pruebas reunidas, el Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional Federal N\u00ba7, a cargo de la Dra. Mar\u00eda Romilda Servini, Secretar\u00eda N\u00ba13 a cargo del Dr. Pablo Lemos, orden\u00f3 el allanamiento del inmueble. Durante el procedimiento, los efectivos federales detuvieron al imputado y secuestraron un tel\u00e9fono celular, un gabinete de computadora, un auricular, una arma de fabricaci\u00f3n casera tipo \u00abtumbera\u00bb, r\u00e9plicas de fusiles de aire comprimido, municiones para esas r\u00e9plicas y otros elementos de inter\u00e9s para la causa, los cuales ser\u00e1n sometidos a las pericias correspondientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El detenido qued\u00f3 alojado en calidad de incomunicado y a disposici\u00f3n del magistrado interviniente, mientras contin\u00faan las actuaciones judiciales tendientes al esclarecimiento integral de los hechos por el delito de
