Ante la llegada de una fuerte ola de fr\u00edo, el Ministerio de Desarrollo, Igualdad e Integraci\u00f3n Social ha intensificado los operativos de asistencia y rastrillaje para resguardar a las personas vulnerables. Patricio Vaso, subsecretario de Abordaje Territorial, dialog\u00f3 con Medios Provincia<\/em> y detall\u00f3 las acciones que se llevan adelante de manera articulada con Defensa Civil, la Defensor\u00eda y el Ministerio de Salud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rastrillajes nocturnos y funcionamiento del albergue<\/strong> Los equipos t\u00e9cnicos y el personal de Defensa Civil inician recorridas diarias a partir de las 20:00 horas por las zonas previamente identificadas de la ciudad. El objetivo es detectar a quienes se encuentren a la intemperie y ofrecerles traslado al albergue social. Seg\u00fan indic\u00f3 Vaso, durante el fin de semana el ingreso fluctu\u00f3 entre cinco personas el viernes y siete personas el s\u00e1bado y domingo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El funcionario aclar\u00f3 que el refugio est\u00e1 abierto de forma permanente. Los asistentes ingresan entre las 21:00 y las 23:00 horas, donde disponen de instalaciones para ba\u00f1arse con agua caliente, reciben la cena, pasan la noche protegidos del fr\u00edo y se les provee el desayuno a la ma\u00f1ana siguiente antes de retirarse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Perfil de la poblaci\u00f3n asistida<\/strong> Vaso precis\u00f3 que muchos de los casos corresponden a personas con consumos problem\u00e1ticos o afecciones de salud mental, m\u00e1s que a una problem\u00e1tica habitacional estructural. Asimismo, se detecta un flujo constante de personas \u00aben tr\u00e1nsito\u00bb provenientes de otras provincias (como un adulto mayor oriundo de Tucum\u00e1n asistido recientemente en conjunto con el servicio de emergencias 107) que permanecen unos meses en la regi\u00f3n y luego contin\u00faan viaje hacia el norte del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por otra parte, se record\u00f3 que bajo el amparo de la Constituci\u00f3n Nacional (Art\u00edculo 14), la permanencia en el albergue es de car\u00e1cter voluntario, por lo que el Estado no puede obligar a trasladarse a quienes decidan permanecer en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica si no alteran el orden p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u00ednea de contacto para emergencias<\/strong> Para agilizar la atenci\u00f3n y canalizar las alertas de la comunidad, las autoridades recordaron que se encuentra habilitada una l\u00ednea telef\u00f3nica disponible las 24 horas: 384-688236<\/strong>. Este canal est\u00e1 destinado exclusivamente a reportar situaciones de personas a la intemperie que requieran resguardo inmediato o asistencia de urgencia por el fr\u00edo generalizado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
