Viva el Ecuador\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Alcance de la medida y servicios esenciales<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan lo estipulado en el decreto presidencial emitido, el feriado tiene car\u00e1cter de <strong>obligatorio y no recuperable<\/strong>, amparando tanto al <strong>sector p\u00fablico como al privado<\/strong> en todo el territorio ecuatoriano.<sup><\/sup> El objetivo del gobierno es propiciar un espacio de \u00aborgullo y unidad nacional\u00bb que extienda las masivas celebraciones populares desatadas en plazas y avenidas tras el pitazo final.<sup><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pese al cese generalizado de actividades, el documento oficial aclara que est\u00e1n garantizados por completo los siguientes servicios esenciales bajo guardias m\u00ednimas indispensables:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Suministro de agua potable y energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Servicios de salud y el Cuerpo de Bomberos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Terminales a\u00e9reas, terrestres y fluviales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Servicios bancarios b\u00e1sicos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este triunfo posee un valor estad\u00edstico descomunal: Ecuador se convirti\u00f3 en el <strong>primer combinado sudamericano en derrotar a Alemania en una cita mundialista en los \u00faltimos 24 a\u00f1os<\/strong>, rompiendo una racha que los germanos ostentaban intacta desde la final de Corea-Jap\u00f3n 2002 cuando cayeron ante Brasil.<sup><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El \u00abefecto mundialista\u00bb en la regi\u00f3n: El caso de La Rioja<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La efervescencia por los resultados de la Copa del Mundo no es exclusiva de Ecuador.
