{"id":91678,"date":"2026-06-09T19:11:46","date_gmt":"2026-06-09T22:11:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/radiolarioja.com.ar\/rlr\/?p=91678"},"modified":"2026-06-09T19:12:06","modified_gmt":"2026-06-09T22:12:06","slug":"la-policia-federal-argentina-rescato-aves-exoticas-en-cautiverio-en-la-matanza","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/radiolarioja.com.ar\/rlr\/la-policia-federal-argentina-rescato-aves-exoticas-en-cautiverio-en-la-matanza\/","title":{"rendered":"LA POLIC\u00cdA FEDERAL ARGENTINA RESCAT\u00d3 AVES EX\u00d3TICAS EN CAUTIVERIO EN LA MATANZA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"464\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 832 \/ 464;\" width=\"832\" controls src=\"https:\/\/radiolarioja.com.ar\/rlr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/WhatsApp-Video-2026-06-09-at-18.59.41.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En un procedimiento efectuado bajo los lineamientos del Ministerio de Seguridad Nacional, efectivos del Departamento Federal de Investigaciones (DFI) de la Polic\u00eda Federal Argentina (PFA) rescataron en una vivienda ubicada en la localidad de Ciudad Evita, varias aves ex\u00f3ticas en infracci\u00f3n a la legislaci\u00f3n vigente sobre protecci\u00f3n de fauna silvestre y su comercio ilegal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El procedimiento se inici\u00f3 a ra\u00edz de una denuncia enviada a la sede del Departamento Delitos Ambientales de esta Instituci\u00f3n, sobre maltrato animal en un domicilio de la mencionada localidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con los datos obtenidos el Juzgado Federal en lo Criminal y Correccional N\u00b02 de Mor\u00f3n a cargo del Dr. Jorge Ernesto Rodr\u00edguez, Secretar\u00eda N\u00b08 a cargo del Dr. Ignacio Calvi, orden\u00f3 el allanamiento a dicha finca. Durante el mismo se hallaron 27 ejemplares de canarios, un cardenal copete rojo y otro amarillo, dos tortugas terrestres y dos caballos. Adem\u00e1s, dos hombres fueron notificados de la causa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De este modo y luego de identificar y clasificar a las aves, la justicia orden\u00f3 su traslado al Centro de Recuperaci\u00f3n de Especies Temaik\u00e9n, mientras que los dos equinos fueron trasladados a la Asociaci\u00f3n Civil Rescate Equino Cinco Corazones, a fin de que personal m\u00e9dico veterinario eval\u00fae y constate el estado de saludo de los mismos, quedando estos como depositario judicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los animales rescatados quedaron a disposici\u00f3n del magistrado interventor por infracci\u00f3n a la Ley 22.421 Conservaci\u00f3n de la Fauna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped
