{"id":90913,"date":"2026-05-07T12:28:36","date_gmt":"2026-05-07T15:28:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/radiolarioja.com.ar\/rlr\/?p=90913"},"modified":"2026-05-07T12:28:37","modified_gmt":"2026-05-07T15:28:37","slug":"desbaratan-peligrosa-banda-armada-que-cultivaba-y-comercializaba-marihuana-en-ambitos-universitarios-en-la-provincia-de-la-rioja","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/radiolarioja.com.ar\/rlr\/desbaratan-peligrosa-banda-armada-que-cultivaba-y-comercializaba-marihuana-en-ambitos-universitarios-en-la-provincia-de-la-rioja\/","title":{"rendered":"DESBARATAN PELIGROSA BANDA ARMADA QUE CULTIVABA Y COMERCIALIZABA MARIHUANA EN \u00c1MBITOS UNIVERSITARIOS EN LA PROVINCIA DE LA RIOJA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"DESBARATAN PELIGROSA BANDA ARMADA QUE CULTIVABA Y COMERCIALIZABA MARIHUANA EN \u00c1MBITOS UNIVERSITARIOS\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/jzbSIQv5Yb0?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Bajo los lineamentos dictados por el Ministerio de Seguridad Nacional en lo que respecta a la lucha contra el narcotr\u00e1fico en todo el pa\u00eds, agentes del Departamento Federal de Investigaciones (DFI) de la Polic\u00eda Federal Argentina (PFA), desarticularon en la capital de dicha provincia una organizaci\u00f3n criminal fuertemente armada, conformada por dos estudiantes universitarios entre otros, dedicada al cultivo de marihuana tanto indoor como outdoor y su posterior comercializaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La investigaci\u00f3n se inici\u00f3 a partir diversas tareas investigativas realizadas por personal de la Divisi\u00f3n Unidad Operativa Federal (DUOF) La Rioja de esta Instituci\u00f3n, gracias a las cuales se logr\u00f3 identificar domicilios, imputados y maniobras vinculadas a la comercializaci\u00f3n de estupefacientes, bajo la modalidad de cultivo tanto indoor como outdoor, en distintos sectores de la provincia inclusive en \u00e1mbitos universitarios. Adem\u00e1s, con intervenci\u00f3n de la Divisi\u00f3n Enlace con la Direcci\u00f3n de Asistencia Judicial en Delitos Complejos y Crimen Organizado (DAjuDeCo) de esta PFA, se localiz\u00f3 y monitore\u00f3 en tiempo real a los involucrados y sus movimientos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con la totalidad de las pruebas recabadas, el Juzgado Federal de la Ciudad de La Rioja, a cargo del Dr. Daniel Herrera Piedrabuena, Secretar\u00eda Penal a cargo del Dr. Luis Combina, orden\u00f3 la realizaci\u00f3n de cuatro allanamientos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el operativo fueron detenidos cuatro sujetos todos argentinos y mayores de edad. Asimismo se secuestraron 170 plantas de Cannabis Sativa, 62 frascos con cogollos de marihuana, una placa led para cultivo, una parrilla led para cultivo, un fumigador, cinco pistolas calibre .9 mil\u00edmetros junto a 2649 municiones del mismo calibre, seis escopetas junto a 50 cartuchos calibre .12\/70, cuatro rev\u00f3lveres, cinco rifles junto a 60 municiones calibre .300, un fusil, una ametralladora, una mira telesc\u00f3pica, tres veh\u00edculos particulares, 940 mil pesos en efectivo, cuatro tel\u00e9fonos celulares y dem\u00e1s elementos de inter\u00e9s para la causa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los detenidos junto a los elementos secuestrados quedaron a disposici\u00f3n del magistrado interventor<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images
