{"id":88992,"date":"2026-03-27T15:09:30","date_gmt":"2026-03-27T18:09:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/radiolarioja.com.ar\/rlr\/?p=88992"},"modified":"2026-03-27T15:09:31","modified_gmt":"2026-03-27T18:09:31","slug":"el-dfi-detuvo-a-una-ciudadana-boliviana-en-la-terminal-de-omnibus-de-buenos-aires-con-32-kilos-de-cocaina","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/radiolarioja.com.ar\/rlr\/el-dfi-detuvo-a-una-ciudadana-boliviana-en-la-terminal-de-omnibus-de-buenos-aires-con-32-kilos-de-cocaina\/","title":{"rendered":"EL DFI DETUVO A UNA CIUDADANA BOLIVIANA EN LA TERMINAL DE \u00d3MNIBUS DE BUENOS AIRES CON 3,2 KILOS DE COCA\u00cdNA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el marco de los operativos dispuesto por el Ministerio de Seguridad Nacional con el fin de combatir el narcotr\u00e1fico en todo el pa\u00eds, efectivos del Departamento Federal de Investigaciones (DFI) de la Polic\u00eda Federal Argentina (PFA) incautaron 3,2 kilos distribuidos en tres <strong>ladrillos <\/strong>y varias capsulas de <strong>coca\u00edna<\/strong> durante un operativo realizado en el barrio porte\u00f1o de <strong>Liniers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La presente intervenci\u00f3n fue realizada por personal de la Divisi\u00f3n Comisaria Terminal de \u00d3mnibus de la Ciudad de Bueno Aires de esta Instituci\u00f3n, durante los habituales controles en prevenci\u00f3n de delitos federales y tareas preventivas de control e inspecci\u00f3n en la <strong>Terminal <\/strong>de \u00d3mnibus de <strong>Liniers<\/strong>, sobre equipajes y pasajeros. En esta ocasi\u00f3n dicho control se efectu\u00f3 en un micro de larga distancia proveniente de la ciudad de San Ram\u00f3n de la Nueva <strong>Or\u00e1n<\/strong>, provincia de Salta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al descender los pasajeros del micro en cuesti\u00f3n, el personal interventor advirti\u00f3 la conducta de una mujer la cual llam\u00f3 la atenci\u00f3n a los efectivos federales debido a que, de manera <strong>presurosa<\/strong>, tom\u00f3 su equipaje pretendiendo <strong>abandonar <\/strong>la terminal sin ser inspeccionada. En consecuencia, la misma fue inmediatamente interceptada y trasladada hacia el equipo <strong>scanner <\/strong>de <strong>rayos X<\/strong>. De esta manera el operador a trav\u00e9s de la pantalla identific\u00f3 dentro del bolso de mano color bord\u00f3 que portaba la investigada, una imagen que, por su densidad y tonalidad, era compatible con la presencia de material org\u00e1nico en formato rectangular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seguidamente y en presencia de testigos, se practic\u00f3 el test orientativo sobre los elementos hallados, el cual arroj\u00f3 resultado positivo para clorhidrato de <strong>coca\u00edna <\/strong>distribuidos en tres ladrillos, 51 c\u00e1psulas conteniendo la misma droga y una bolsa con <strong>360 gramos de hojas de coca<\/strong>. Asimismo, se hallaron un tel\u00e9fono celular, 42.600 pesos argentinos, 330 pesos bolivianos y documentaci\u00f3n de utilidad para la causa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ante dicha circunstancia, se procedi\u00f3 a la demora preventiva de la mujer, el resguardo del equipaje y elementos. Posteriormente se efectu\u00f3 la comunicaci\u00f3n con el Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional Federal N\u00b010, a cargo del Dr. Juli\u00e1n Daniel Ercolini, Secretar\u00eda N\u00b019 a cargo de la Dra. Mariana Eguibar Pozzi, quien dispuso la detenci\u00f3n de la involucrada y el secuestro de las drogas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La detenida, boliviana de 44 a\u00f1os de edad junto con la droga secuestrada y los elementos, quedaron a disposici\u00f3n del magistrado interventor por infracci\u00f3n a la ley de drogas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images
