{"id":88227,"date":"2026-03-13T13:53:50","date_gmt":"2026-03-13T16:53:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/radiolarioja.com.ar\/rlr\/?p=88227"},"modified":"2026-03-13T13:53:52","modified_gmt":"2026-03-13T16:53:52","slug":"policia-federal-argentina-rescato-a-una-menor-de-edad-explotada-sexualmente-por-su-entorno-familiar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/radiolarioja.com.ar\/rlr\/policia-federal-argentina-rescato-a-una-menor-de-edad-explotada-sexualmente-por-su-entorno-familiar\/","title":{"rendered":"POLIC\u00cdA FEDERAL ARGENTINA RESCAT\u00d3 A UNA MENOR DE EDAD EXPLOTADA SEXUALMENTE POR SU ENTORNO FAMILIAR"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"POLIC\u00cdA FEDERAL ARGENTINA RESCAT\u00d3 A UNA MENOR DE EDAD EXPLOTADA SEXUALMENTE POR SU ENTORNO FAMILIAR\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/TSFf4tY7jQE?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>En un procedimiento impulsado por el Ministerio de Seguridad Nacional, efectivos del Departamento Federal de Investigaciones (DFI) de la Polic\u00eda Federal Argentina (PFA), rescataron en la ciudad de La Plata a una menor de 16 a\u00f1os de edad explotada por su familia, a trav\u00e9s de la comercializaci\u00f3n de contenido sexual por medio de plataformas digitales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La presente causa se origin\u00f3 a partir de un oficio emitido por la U.F.I N\u00b0 3 de La Plata a cargo del Dr. Gonzalo Petit Bonic donde solicitaba al Departamento Trata de Personas de la PFA que se realicen tareas investigativas, sobre un posible caso de explotaci\u00f3n sexual a una menor de edad en la citada ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En consecuencia, los detectives federales comenzaron diversas tareas de campo y ciberpartullaje identificando a una menor de 16 a\u00f1os de edad que era explotada sexualmente por su entorno familiar directo. Producto de las pesquisas, se estableci\u00f3 que los mismos familiares organizaban y comercializaban el material de contenido sexual a trav\u00e9s de medios digitales. Del an\u00e1lisis de datos efectuado, se detect\u00f3 un domicilio ubicado en el Barrio San Carlos, donde se llevaban adelante las maniobras il\u00edcitas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con las pruebas aportadas por los uniformados, el Juzgado de Garant\u00edas N\u00b02 a cargo del Dr. Eduardo Silva Pelossi, orden\u00f3 el allanamiento al inmueble donde la v\u00edctima fue rescatada, contenida y asistida por profesionales de la oficina de Coordinaci\u00f3n Nacional de Rescate y Acompa\u00f1amiento a Personas Damnificadas por el Delito de Trata, dependiente del Ministerio de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n y por personal de la Direcci\u00f3n de Ni\u00f1ez y Adolescencia de la Municipalidad de La Plata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el procedimiento, se imputaron a cuatro familiares de la menor, dos hombres y dos mujeres argentinos y mayores de edad, por infracci\u00f3n a la Ley 26842 (Trata de personas). Adem\u00e1s, se secuestraron seis tel\u00e9fonos celulares de inter\u00e9s para la causa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los imputados como los elementos secuestrados, quedaron a disposici\u00f3n del magistrado
