operativo coordinado por el Ministerio de Seguridad Nacional, efectivos de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Cooperaci\u00f3n Internacional de la Polic\u00eda Federal Argentina (PFA) concretaron la extradici\u00f3n pasiva de un hombre de nacionalidad peruana sobre quien pesaba un pedido de captura internacional por el delito de \u201cRobo con utilizaci\u00f3n de armas\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El hecho que se le imputa ocurri\u00f3 en agosto del a\u00f1o 2001 en el distrito de La Victoria, ciudad de Lima capital de la Republica del Per\u00fa, cuando el encausado junto a tres individuos a trav\u00e9s del uso de armas, sometieron con fines de robo a una v\u00edctima sustray\u00e9ndole sus pertenencias, para posteriormente darse a la fuga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En julio del 2020, INTERPOL \u2013PER\u00da ante la sospecha que el imputado hab\u00eda escapado de su pa\u00eds natal, elevaron una orden de captura al plano internacional con notificaci\u00f3n de \u00cdndice roja para dar con el mismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En noviembre del a\u00f1o 2022, la Divisi\u00f3n Enlace Interpol de la Polic\u00eda de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, solicit\u00f3 colaboraci\u00f3n a la OCN -BUENOS AIRES, con el fin de determinar la identidad y el registro de antecedentes en su pa\u00eds de origen de un ciudadano de origen peruano, quien fuera detenido por la mencionada polic\u00eda \u201cin fraganti\u201d robando un tel\u00e9fono celular y tratando de darse a la fuga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-4-3 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"LA POLIC\u00cdA FEDERAL ARGENTINA EXTRADIT\u00d3 A UN CIUDADANO PERUANO POR ROBO AGRAVADO\" width=\"696\" height=\"522\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/g4lcm2zIFJU?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Atento a ello, se detect\u00f3 que el sujeto en cuesti\u00f3n contaba con la notificaci\u00f3n roja en la base de datos de la OCN-BUENOS AIRES, por lo que se le dio intervenci\u00f3n al Juzgado Criminal y Correccional Federal N\u00ba 5, Interinamente a cargo del Dr. Daniel Rafecas, Secretar\u00eda N\u00b010, del Dr. Facundo Gaggio y se procedi\u00f3 a comunicar dicha situaci\u00f3n a la OCN -LIMA, quienes remitieron a trav\u00e9s del conducto diplom\u00e1tico la formal solicitud de detenci\u00f3n con fines de extradici\u00f3n del requerido de 51 a\u00f1os de edad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Culminado el proceso extraditorio en su etapa judicial, la Canciller\u00eda argentina procedi\u00f3 a notificar a su similar en Per\u00fa sobre la puesta a disposici\u00f3n del aprehendido para su entrega a partir del 21 de enero del 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En consecuencia, la Divisi\u00f3n Investigaci\u00f3n Federal de Fugitivos y Extradiciones realiz\u00f3 las coordinaciones necesarias con INTERPOL-PER\u00da a fin de materializar el traslado dentro del plazo establecido por la legislaci\u00f3n vigente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En ese sentido, sobre los \u00faltimos d\u00edas de febrero arrib\u00f3 a la Argentina una comisi\u00f3n policial peruana la cual asumi\u00f3 la custodia y el traslado del detenido a los fines de dar cumplimiento con el requerimiento formulado por las autoridades judiciales peruanas y lo dispuesto por el poder ejecutivo nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En efecto, dicha comisi\u00f3n junto al extraditable partieron desde el Aeroparque Internacional Jorge Newbery con destino a la ciudad de Lima, Rep\u00fablica del Per\u00fa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex
