un procedimiento supervisado por el Ministerio de Seguridad Nacional, efectivos del Departamento Federal de Investigaciones (DFI) de la Polic\u00eda Federal Argentina (PFA) desarticul\u00f3 en la provincia de Buenos Aires, una organizaci\u00f3n criminal que realizaba operaciones cambiarias il\u00edcitas por cifras de valores millonarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La presente causa fue encomendada por el Juzgado Nacional en lo Penal Econ\u00f3mico N\u00b0 7, a cargo del Dr. Rafael Caputo, con intervenci\u00f3n de la Secretar\u00eda N\u00b0 13, a cargo del Dr. Hern\u00e1n Vicente al Departamento Delitos Fiscales de la PFA, a fin de que se realice una investigaci\u00f3n sobre una banda que realizar\u00eda operaciones financieras il\u00edcitas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"POLIC\u00cdA FEDERAL ARGENTINA DESABARAT\u00d3 BANDA CRIMINAL DEDICADA A OPERACIONES DE CAMBIO ILEGAL\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/XkYm0YhWuVk?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Atento a ello, los federales comenzaron con diversas tareas de campo y de ciberpatrullaje, detectando un inmueble ubicado en el barrio de Liniers, en la Ciudad Aut\u00f3noma de Buenos Aires y dos comercios dentro de un centro comercial bonaerense de Pilar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En dichos lugares, que funcionaban como fachada de locales comerciales, los cuales eran promocionados en distintas redes sociales, ten\u00edan como finalidad ser \u201ccuevas cambiarias\u201d donde se realizaban todo tipo de actividades comerciales sin habilitaciones legales, como cambio de divisas extranjera de manera reiterada y organizada, giros y transferencias al exterior, cheques y servicios vinculados al turismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con las pruebas aportadas por los detectives, el magistrado interventor orden\u00f3 los allanamientos a los domicilios con la anuencia del Juzgado Federal de Primera Instancia de Campana del Dr. Adri\u00e1n Gonz\u00e1lez Charvay, Secretar\u00eda N\u00b03 Del Dr. M\u00e1ximo Castrillo donde se logr\u00f3 el secuestro de m\u00e1s de 180.000.000 pesos , aproximadamente 115.000 d\u00f3lares, 75.170 euros, 39.856 reales, 6 CPU, 1 notebook, 1 DVr y distintas anotaciones de inter\u00e9s para la investigaci\u00f3n .Asimismo, se identificaron a tres hombres y a una mujer, vinculados a la causa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe destacar que los procedimientos fueron realizados con la colaboraci\u00f3n del personal del Banco Central de la Rep\u00fablica Argentina y todos los elementos secuestrados, por orden del juzgado interviniente, quedaron a la guarda de los mismos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex
