Un hombre de 34 a\u00f1os fue detenido este s\u00e1bado por la noche en el barrio Pom\u00e1n Norte, en la ciudad de Chilecito, tras ser sorprendido incumpliendo una orden judicial de restricci\u00f3n que se encontraba vigente. El procedimiento concluy\u00f3 con su arresto en situaci\u00f3n de flagrancia y posterior traslado a sede policial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El hecho se registr\u00f3 alrededor de las 20 horas, cuando efectivos de la Comisar\u00eda Primera, junto con personal de la Brigada Motorizada, acudieron a un domicilio ubicado en el Pasaje Canal, luego de recibir un llamado de alerta. En el lugar, la mujer que efectu\u00f3 la denuncia present\u00f3 la notificaci\u00f3n judicial que establec\u00eda medidas de protecci\u00f3n personal a su favor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tras constatar la vigencia de la orden judicial y la presencia del hombre dentro del domicilio, los agentes procedieron a su demora preventiva. Posteriormente, se dio intervenci\u00f3n al personal de Sumarios Judiciales, que corrobor\u00f3 la situaci\u00f3n y realiz\u00f3 las actuaciones correspondientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Fiscal\u00eda de turno dispuso que se act\u00fae bajo la figura de desobediencia a la autoridad en situaci\u00f3n de flagrancia. En consecuencia, el detenido fue trasladado a la alcaid\u00eda penal y contravencional de Chilecito, donde qued\u00f3 alojado a disposici\u00f3n del Juzgado interviniente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
