AN\u00d3NIMA, CONCLUY\u00d3 EN LA EJECUCI\u00d3N DE ALLANAMIENTOS EN TRES MORADAS, DEL BARRIO ARGENTINO, EN LA CIUDAD CAPITAL DE LA RIOJA."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En horas de la tarde del d\u00eda 13 de noviembre de 2025, un ciudadano aport\u00f3 informaci\u00f3n sobre una persona que presuntamente se dedicar\u00eda al transporte v\u00eda terrestre y posterior comercializaci\u00f3n, de sustancias ilicitas, en infracci\u00f3n a la Ley de Drogas 23.737.<br>Atento a ello, se procedi\u00f3 a judicializar la informaci\u00f3n y dar intervenci\u00f3n al Juzgado Federal de La Rioja, ordenando la realizaci\u00f3n de tareas investigativas.<br>Producto, del resultado de las distintas diligencias efectuadas por el personal de Gendarmer\u00eda Nacional, magistrado dispuso la realizaci\u00f3n de tres (3) allanamientos.<br>Las medidas se ejecutaron en horas de la madrugada del 14 de noviembre, a cargo del personal de la Unidad de Procedimientos Judiciales y Delitos Complejos \u201cLA RIOJA\u201d, dependiente de la Regi\u00f3n IV, con apoyo del personal del Escuadr\u00f3n 58 \u201cLA RIOJA\u201d; Polic\u00eda de la Provincia de La Rioja, Infanter\u00eda; Personal dependiente de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Narcocriminalidad y Trata de Personas y Cuerpo de Adiestramiento Policial Especial (C.A.P.E).<br>C\u00f3mo resultante del registro de las moradas, el Juzgado Federal de La Rioja, aval\u00f3 el secuestro de:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dinero en moneda nacional, en efectivo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cannabis Sativa (marihuana).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clorhidrato de coca\u00edna.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seis (6) celulares.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dos (2) balanzas de precisi\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un (1) DVR, de circuito de c\u00e1maras CCTV.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Elementos de fraccionamiento.<br>Juzgado Federal de La Rioja, a cargo del Dr. Daniel HERRERA PIEDRABUENA, Secretaria a cargo del Dr. Jos\u00e9 Luis COMBINA, mantiene reserva sobre la investigaci\u00f3n a los efectos de disponer futuras medidas judiciales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped
