{"id":6547,"date":"2023-04-18T01:05:41","date_gmt":"2023-04-18T04:05:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/radiolarioja.com\/rlr\/?p=6547"},"modified":"2023-04-18T01:05:41","modified_gmt":"2023-04-18T04:05:41","slug":"la-justicia-investiga-un-hecho-de-robo-que-termina-con-la-muerte-del-supuesto-autor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/radiolarioja.com.ar\/rlr\/la-justicia-investiga-un-hecho-de-robo-que-termina-con-la-muerte-del-supuesto-autor\/","title":{"rendered":"LA JUSTICIA INVESTIGA UN HECHO DE ROBO, QUE TERMINA CON LA MUERTE DEL SUPUESTO AUTOR"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El juez Dr. H\u00e9ctor Daniel Barr\u00eda, a cargo del Juzgado de Instrucci\u00f3n en lo Criminal y Correccional N\u00b0 2 de la Primera Circunscripci\u00f3n Judicial, inform\u00f3 sobre un hecho producido en la zona Este de la ciudad de La Rioja, por el cual el presente juzgado tom\u00f3 intervenci\u00f3n para investigar el hecho acaecidos donde falleci\u00f3 una persona tras haber ingresado a una propiedad privada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El incidente que este juzgado instruye, habr\u00eda ocurrido cuando una se\u00f1ora que se encontraba sola en su casa, siente que ingresa una persona que no conoce a su domicilio, por lo que exaltada sale a pedir ayuda. Un vecino llega en su auxilio, el cual se habr\u00eda trenzado en ri\u00f1a, recibiendo y otorgando golpes. Por circunstancias que se investigan luego de que el intruso es reducido por los vecinos, el mismo se descompensa y fallece en el lugar.
